SUBSIDIARY OPERATIONS

BNC International, Inc. (BNCI), a wholly owned subsidiary, was formed in 1995 to perform environmental remediation and contracting services. BNCI is a disadvantaged small business concern as defined by the Small Business Administration and is participating in the Section 8(a) contract assistance program and is HUBZone certified.

Bethel Services, Inc. (BSI), a wholly owned subsidiary, was formed in 2001 to perform property management services, health care services, surveying and mapping. BSI is a disadvantaged small business concern as defined by the Small Business Administration and is participating in the Section 8(a) contract assistance program and is HUBZone certified. BSI is active in government contracting in Alaska and the Continental United States. In 2007 BSI purchased BNCI’s interest in the uniform joint venture.

In 1999, BNCI entered into a joint venture with Suburban Uniform Corporation known as the BNCI Uniform Joint Venture. BNCI graduated from the SBA Section 8(a) contract assistance program in 2007.

BNC Contracting, Inc. (BCI), a wholly owned subsidiary, was formed in March of 2005 to perform heavy industrial demolition and waterway projects.
